DE Romein Nearshore - Company Overview
De Romein Nearshore was established in March 2022 to enable a specialist delivery team to facilitate the installation of projects in the nearshore marine sector.
De Romein Nearshore is primarily focused on the subsea cable sector for nearshore landfalls, particularly for Marine Electricity Interconnectors (high-voltage connection between the electricity transmission systems of different countries) and Offshore Windfarms Export Cables (high voltage cables that connect the offshore substation to the onshore network) where cables make landfall from offshore windfarms.
The assembled team in De Romein Nearshore consist of a wide range of specialist in their field with experience of nearshore installations spanning 25+ years. The specialist nearshore team consists of technical project management, engineering, QHSE, finance and marine operational staff, who support a full delivery package to our clients including design, planning, engineering and delivery in the challenging nearshore inter-tidal marine environment.
De Romein Nearshore has acquired a number of key marine specialist assets which differentiate it from others in this sector, ensuring we self-perform for the delivery of our projects to the highest standards and work specification.
