Manannán – Versatile Crew Transfer Vessel Supporting Nearshore Operations

De Romein Nearshore's purpose-built aluminium vessel, Manannán, has been designed to meet the demanding requirements of nearshore marine operations, combining robust construction, exceptional performance and operational versatility.

Engineered to support a wide range of marine activities, Manannán is ideally suited to crew transfer, subsea survey and commercial diving operations, providing a reliable and adaptable platform for projects in challenging coastal and nearshore environments.

Since joining our fleet in January 2026, Manannán has been successfully deployed across a range of nearshore projects throughout the UK, demonstrating her flexibility and capability in supporting complex marine operations.

More recently, the vessel's capabilities have been further enhanced with the integration of Multibeam Echo Sounder (MBES) survey equipment, expanding survey capabilities and strengthening our ability to deliver integrated marine solutions.

The addition of Manannán to our growing fleet reflects De Romein Nearshore's continued investment in specialist marine assets, supporting our commitment to delivering safe, efficient and technically capable solutions for our clients.
